Who We Are
Arc GLOW is a public, non-profit organization founded by parents and friends of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We serve individuals with a variety of disabilities including autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, epilepsy, and neurological conditions. We are the result of a merger in 2021 between the Arc of Genesee Orleans and the Arc of Livingston-Wyoming. As a result, our name, Arc GLOW, is an acronym for the counties we serve: Genesee, Livingston, Orleans and Wyoming. Arc GLOW is a chapter of The Arc New York.
